The following terms and conditions apply to the Fintech Creator Program, in partnership with TikTok, with Vinelab FZ-LLC (hereafter referred to as “Sociata”). Please take the time to read these carefully, as they are written to protect mutual interests. The relationship between Sociata, TikTok, the Advertiser, and yourself as the Creator is bound by these Terms and Conditions, herein set out, upon agreeing to them on the form.

1. Creator shall hold strictly confidential, all information and material provided by Sociata and shall not use or disclose the Confidential Information unless expressly authorized to do so in writing by Sociata.

2. Content must be accurate where stating facts, genuinely held where stating opinions, fair, and legal.

3. In the event the Creator decides to create content, the said content is owned by the Advertiser and will be boosted on the Advertiser account on TikTok.

4.Following Advertiser approval on the first content piece, the creator will receive a USD $50 payment as a signup bonus.

5. Based on how well the content performs in paid ads, creators will be compensated with up to USD $10,000. The creator can submit multiple unique videos per month to increase the chances of greater compensation if the content is approved.

6. Payment will be made to the Creator once a minimum of USD $150 compensation is achieved, including the bonus.

7. Creator will have 3 days to create content and 2 days for reshoots if required. 

8. In the event the Creator decides to submit content, he will be provided with a special link to upload the video. This enables TikTok and Sociata to evaluate the Creator to receive larger and further benefits in the program, which may lead to more financial incentives and other benefits.

9. The Creator is required to be responsive at all times during the stages to ensure successful completion.

10. In the event the Creator decides to create content, the said content must not: 

a. Include anything slanderous, indecent, aggressive, hurtful, provocative, or that encourages explicit sexual content, brutality, or prejudice based on ethnicity, gender, faith, nationality, disability, sexual preference, or age

b. Violate any other individual's copyright, trademark, or additional intellectual property rights

c. Have the potential to mislead anyone or be created in violation of any lawful obligation to a third party, such as a contractual responsibility or a duty of confidentiality

d. Appear menacing, hostile, or likely to bother or humiliate another person, or intrude upon someone's personal space

e. Be employed to feign being someone else, or to misrepresent your identity or connection to any individual

f. Create the impression that it originates from us, if that is not accurate

g. Endorse, encourage, or facilitate any illegal activity

11. Sociata takes the private nature of your personal information very seriously. We store the information you explicitly provide us in a highly secured private database. The usage of this information is strictly related to fulfilling our work.

1. .يجب على صانع المحتوى الحفاظ على سرية جميع المعلومات والمواد التي يتم تزويده بها من قبل Sociata وعدم استخدامها أو الكشف عن المعلومات السرية إلا بموجب إذن خطي من Sociata.

2. يجب أن يكون المحتوى دقيقًا عند ذكر الحقائق، وصادقًا عند ذكر الآراء، وعادلًا وقانونيًا.

3. في حال قرر صانع المحتوى إنشاء محتوى، فإن المحتوى المذكور ملك للمعلن وسيتم تعزيزه على حساب المعلن على TikTok.

4. بعد موافقة المعلن على أولى جزء من المحتوى، سيتلقى صانع المحتوى مبلغ 50 دولار أمريكي كمكافأة تسجيل.

5. استنادًا إلى مدى جودة أداء المحتوى في الإعلانات المدفوعة، سيتم تعويض صانع المحتوى بمبلغ يصل إلى 10,000$ دولار أمريكي. يمكن لصانع المحتوى إرسال مقاطع فيديو فريدة متعددة شهريًا لزيادة فرص الحصول على تعويض أكبر إذا تمت الموافقة على المحتوى.

6. سيتم الدفع إلى صانع المحتوى بمجرد تحقيق تعويض قدره 150$ دولارًا أمريكيًا على الأقل، بما في ذلك المكافأة.

7. سيكون لدى صانع المحتوى 3 أيام لإنشاء المحتوى ويومين لإعادة التصوير إذا لزم الأمر.

8. في حال قرر صانع المحتوى تقديم المحتوى، سيتم تزويده برابط خاص لتحميل الفيديو. يتيح هذا لـ TikTok و Sociata تقييم صانع المحتوى لتلقي مزايا أكبر في البرنامج، مما قد يؤدي إلى حصوله على مزيد من المكافآت المالية والفوائد الأخرى.

9. يُطلب من صانع المحتوى أن يكون متجاوبًا في جميع الأوقات خلال المراحل لضمان الانتهاء بنجاح.

10. في حال قرر صانع المحتوى إنشاء المحتوى، يجب أن لا يحتوي المحتوى المذكور على:

a. يتضمن أي محتوى تشهيري أو غير لائق أو عدواني أو مؤذٍ أو استفزازي أو يشجع على المحتوى الجنسي أو الوحشية أو التحيز على أساس العرق أو الجنس أو المعتقد أو الجنسية أو الإعاقة أو التفضيل الجنسي أو العمر

b. ينتهك حقوق الطبع والنشر أو العلامة التجارية أو حقوق الملكية الفكرية لأي فرد آخر

c. لديه القدرة على تضليل أي شخص أو يتم انشاؤه بشكل ينتهك أي التزام قانوني تجاه طرف ثالث، مثل المسؤولية التعاقدية أو واجب السرية

d. يظهر بشكل يدل على التهديد، أو العدائية، أو من المحتمل أن يزعج أو يهين شخصًا آخر، أو يتطفل على المساحة الشخصية لشخص ما

e. يوظف للتظاهر بكونك شخصًا آخر، أو لتحريف هويتك أو صلتك بأي فرد

f. يخلق الانطباع بأن مصدره العلامة التجارية إذا كان هذا ليس دقيقًا

g. يؤيد أو يشجع أو يسهل أي نشاط غير قانوني.

11. تأخذ شركة Sociata المعلومات الشخصية الخاصة بك بجدية تامة. نحن نخزن المعلومات التي تقدمها لنا بشكل صريح في قاعدة بيانات خاصة محمية بشكل كبير. نستخدم هذه المعلومات حصرياً لتنفيذ عملنا وتحقيق التزامنا.
